Friday we loaded up the camper and headed to Yogi Bear's Jellystone Park in Canyon Lake. We had an awesome weekend celebrating Eric's birthday, shopping at Market Days and celebrating Easter with family and friends.
Lauren enjoyed the view from the river deck. Eric pulled the best it's my birthday card ever when Lauren had an explosion all over me and my white shirt.
Jellystone Park is so much fun! They have a huge bounce pillow, gem mining station, indoor and outdoor pools, peddle cars, arts and crafts, movie nights, playgrounds, lazer tag and tons of activities for kids. It is the perfect family park!
Friday night we celebrated Eric's birthday with his favorite German chocolate cake.
Lauren really, really enjoyed the cake!
Thanks to Felisha, the kids had a blast dyeing Easter eggs.
Saturday night the park had a giant Easter egg hunt in the wooded lazer tag area. The kids had fun running around with their flashlights looking for eggs.

Eric broke in the new grill Eric's parents got him for his birthday. He loves it and it fits great in the camper!
The boys had the best time and it was so fun to watch them climbing trees, digging in sand, playing pirates, bouncing on the bounce pillow, doing kung fu and just being BOYS!
The gem mining station was really fun and the kids found some cool stones.
The Easter Bunny found us at the campsite!
Sunday morning the kids hunted Easter eggs with their cousins.

We had a wonderful Easter celebrating all that Jesus did for us and it was so nice to spend it with family and friends!
